The Bijoux Baby PFD was designed with one goal, which is to protect what matters most, your little one.
A New Standard In Baby PFD Design

Every detail of the Bijoux Baby Vest is intentional, beginning with a unique vest shape designed specifically for a baby’s body. The Bijoux is built to the highest standards, being constructed using only ULC and Transport Canada approved materials. The vest features reinforced internal double stitching for added strength and durability, along with sew foam that is stitched directly to the fabric. This technique creates smooth, rounded edges, enhancing both comfort and long-term wear.

Comfort & Fit:
Temperature regulation was carefully considered, with breathable Dry-Lex fabric on the body and a mesh back panel to promote airflow and keep babies comfortable in warm conditions. Four points of adjustment ensure a snug, secure fit that can grow with the baby over time. A large lifting strap is thoughtfully integrated to help draw the collar inward, offering additional head protection when lifting. The webbing runs the full length of the vest, ensuring there are no rough edges that could scratch or irritate a baby’s face. All of the small, often unseen details come together to make a big impact.

At the core of the design is an oversized, three-piece flotation collar engineered to cradle and support a baby’s head, which is the heaviest part of their body. Thick, high-quality foam throughout the collar provides exceptional flotation, stability, and all-day comfort, while maintaining a soft, gentle feel against the skin. The collar features thicker foam on the sides, allowing those sections to float higher and naturally guide the baby’s head toward the center. It’s a subtle design choice, but one with a significant impact on safety and support.
